Cancellation or changes of orders are not allowed at this time. Once an order has been placed you will not be able to cancel or make changes.

No refunds or exchanges at this time. Store credit only upon approval. No exceptions. 

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT for orders outside of United States.

Store credit will NOT be issued for SALE ITEMS. All purchases where a promotional/sale code is used will be FINAL SALE.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Refunds will not be given at this time. Customers have 7 calendar days to notify of wishes to receive store credit on defective items or items that do not fit properly. For wrong size shoe orders, the item will have to be shipped back, received, and approved before store credit is given. The 7 day window starts from the date your order was delivered. Store credit expires after 60 days. Customers can send an initial email to hello@psalmschoice.com to notify of need for store credit with a photo of defective shoe. 

Refund Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to NOT accept your return if any defects and/or signs of wear are found. Initial shipping fee is not included in refund.
